Step 2We contact the bank & get the facilitation process started. Documents will be passed back and forth.

Step 3Our PA Licensed Agent meets with you to take property pictures and sign  listing agreement, as required by most banks. 

Step 4Bank will order a Third Party Appraisal upon receiving an offer. Once an offer is accepted, we close!!!!

Timeframe: Once we get your info, we will contact you in 24 hours or less. From there, we can get the process started immediately!… or on your schedule.
